Glazed (58’ Dean Johnson) arrived at the Bayliss Boatyard and had her engines removed yesterday in preparation for her full repower.

Using the PIP lift, the team had the engines out in under an hour. Now, the mechanical crew can get to work inside the engine room, preparing for the installation of the new engines.

Happy Birthday to RIP!

RIP is turning 6 today and is easily the most essential worker at Bayliss Boatworks.
The personality hire we didn’t know we needed, RIP spends his days as shop supervisor and full-time snack inspector. He’s always making his rounds, keeping everyone company, and making sure he’s never too far from the action.

We had a lot of “big moves” yesterday for Singularis (Bayliss 78’), as she has marked a major milestone in her build. The engines, generators, and ASEA transformers were placed into the hull, as well as the deck, being placed last to seal it all in. Our talented team had the entire installation wrapped up before noon and brought Singularis one step closer from a blueprint to the water.

Mama Seata is nearing the finish line, and her custom interior is coming together beautifully. Here’s a look at some of the interior details taking shape on this 76’ build.

She’s set to be officially christened this fall, so stay tuned for the full reveal!

We’re stepping inside Mojito for a walkthrough on her current top-to-bottom refit! Major progress is happening across this 66’ Spencer as the previous veneer has been removed and in the process of being prepped for replacement. Alongside this, the new teak deck is officially installed and waiting for sanding.
