Another car wiring project that’s in the shop now. Getting some more work done and closer to powering everything up for testing. Dash wiring completed to reinstall for final connections to the Infinity Box power management system. Lots of little things to finish yet. The dash section only took 4.5 hrs to get this far…

New set of replacement Ocean LED Pro X4 Transom lights installed for a customer on his Formula 353 Fastech, also installed and new Rule 1150 bilge pump and cleaned up the wiring. For the trailer we installed an adapter for the Brake Rite SD hydro boost brakes for the 2024 truck to control the trailer brakes.
Water pics from Lake George weekend. Probably replace the center transom light also to have a clean blue glow without the center being dark. Beautiful boat to be working on!

Current work in the shop and on the road. Finished a clean up of a Fab 5 chassis that was brought in. Some replacement transom led lights and bilge pump replacement on a 357 Fastech Formula with wiring clean up, battery isolation switch on a pontoon boat, and started on the next Nissan GTP complete wiring job.

Working on an electrical issue today. Engine was removed and repairs done by others. Now some equipment isn’t working. 4hrs in I found part of the issue. No ground at the dash for the gauges. In the electrical bundle I found 2 badly corroded plugs. Cut 1 out today. Back tomorrow morning to repair the larger one and test everything out. One happy customer later…

Back to the Boat work for the spring. Customer installed the engines after I completed the Transom assembly rebuilds. New Steering pins from JR Marine along with complete reseal kits and gimbal bearings. Installed the drives at the customer’s shop and checked some wiring.

Started the spring openings and disassembled to clean and rebuild two transom assemblies and a drive seal.

Back into winter work. First of 3 cars for full wiring and some engine work before starting.

Comes in as a clean slate. No wiring at all or engine controls system. There will be a FiTech engine computer and intake system being tried out instead of the Holley HP.
