You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a unique aviation setting with a growing youth program. This isn’t just about keeping the office running; we’re looking for a partner to help modernize our systems as we plan for the future. There is potential for growth in the position (including part-time, year round work) for the right person. If you thrive on organization, work well independently and want to be the "central hub" for our community, we want to hear from you! An aviation background is helpful but not required.

Adim is one of the latest members of the Line Crew Program.The Line Crew Program is a vibrant youth program funded by Flight Experience For Youth (FEFY). It provides multiple opportunities for youth, including extensive job and flight training, as well as incentivized club membership and access to a diverse fleet of gliders.
