✈️ We’re Hiring! Join the ACSF Team

The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) is seeking a part-time Programs Administrator to support two of our key aviation safety programs, the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Safety Management System (SMS).

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable providing member and technical support, and interested in contributing to aviation safety.

The position is 20–25 hours per week, fully virtual within the United States, and includes occasional travel to ACSF and industry events.

SMS provides the structure to continually evaluate that information and determine whether existing controls remain effective or something needs to change.

The goal is not simply to have an SMS. It is to have one that is actively supporting safer decisions.
