At RG Moving, we are committed to providing safe, efficient, and professional moving services. To ensure an accurate quote and proper planning of your move, it is essential that all requested information be provided clearly, completely, and accurately.
Please pay special attention to the following:
1. Access and Parking Conditions
Customers must inform us in advance about the access conditions at both the pickup and delivery locations, including parking availability, loading/unloading areas, access restrictions, permits required, narrow streets, or any other condition that may affect the operation.
The lack of safe and adequate parking for moving trucks may cause delays, increase risks to our crew and third parties, and expose the company to parking violations, fines, or other penalties where parking restrictions apply.
2. Volume of Items to Be Moved
It is important to provide accurate information regarding the quantity of furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household belongings that will be transported.
Moving trucks are assigned based on the estimated volume of the move. Inaccurate information may result in delays, the need for additional vehicles, or changes to the service schedule.
3. Oversized or Extra-Heavy Items
Any oversized, unusually heavy, or specialty item must be disclosed before the move. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Pianos
* Safes
* Marble or stone tables
* Gym equipment
* Commercial refrigerators
* Adjustable beds
* Large specialty furniture
Failure to disclose such items may impact the safety and feasibility of the move and may require additional labor, equipment, or resources.
4. Stairs, Elevators, and Building Conditions
Customers must provide information regarding stairs, floor levels, elevator availability, elevator reservation requirements, building restrictions, and any special access conditions.
Crew size, equipment requirements, and estimated labor time are determined based on this information.
Important Notice
Incomplete, inaccurate, or undisclosed information may significantly affect the moving operation. Therefore, RG Moving reserves the right to:
* Adjust the quoted price.
* Apply additional charges for services or conditions not previously disclosed.
* Reschedule the move if necessary.
* Refuse or cancel the service when conditions create safety risks for our employees, equipment, customers, or third parties.
