The "E.O" structure paradigm is of “Unique-design combination” structure for giving which, accomplishes "ALL" of the IRS stated exempt purposes aforementioned in a non-discriminating, even manner. Even distribution benefits in an upward spiral/cyclical manner as business entity contributions are made accordingly to the town’s public education. However, all person entity contributions are made accordingly to the U.S Department of Education budget expense. The contributor receives a potential annual maximum 50% AGI deduction, but excess has the possibility as rollover pending on the individual's choice(s) (equivalently comparable to a post taxes 1 year 50% "ROI"). The “ROI” (return of “interest”) has abundant exponential greatness within “selfless acts!"
