π¨π‘ More Than Just a Paint Job | Before & After
Yesterday we shared the video transformation. Today, we wanted to slow it down, share some of the before-and-after photos, and tell you a little bit about what made this project so special to us.
First and foremost, thank you to Eddie and Angelica Crespo and the entire Crespo family for trusting The Good News P23 LLC with your home. ππ½
We know this home represents more than four walls. There was a journey that brought your family to this point, and we are genuinely grateful that God allowed us to play even a small part in preparing the place you and your family will call home for years to come.
Yes, we were hired to paint.
But somewhere along the way, it became about a whole lot more than paint.
There was fellowship. There were conversations. There was laughter. There was encouragement. Eddie shared his testimony with me, and through the time spent working together, God allowed an old relationship and connection to be rebuilt and strengthened.
That means more to me than any gallon of paint ever could.
And this project was also a perfect example of something we say about The Good News P23:
You may hire us for one thingβ¦but you're getting the whole shebang. πππ½
If we see something small that we can help with while we're there, we're going to help. If something needs a hand, we're going to lend one. If there's an opportunity to make the process a little easier for the family we're serving, we're going to do our best to make it happen.
Not because every little thing needs to appear on an invoice.
Because that's how we believe people should be treated.
Watching Eddie and Angie genuinely appreciate not only the finished work, but all those little things along the way, meant a lot to us. The gratitude was mutual. There was genuine love in that house, and we felt it.
One of our favorite moments was also watching their little girl see her pink bedroom coming together β a color she got to choose for herself. π©· Those are the little moments you don't necessarily expect when you show up for a painting job, but they're the ones you remember.
Years from now, the furniture may change, decorations may change, and life will continue moving forward β but knowing our hands helped prepare these walls for this family's next chapter is something we're incredibly grateful for.
Eddie, Angie and the Crespo family β thank you. Thank you for the trust, the hospitality, the conversations, the fellowship, the appreciation, and the opportunity to serve your family. May God bless this home, everyone who enters it, and this new chapter you're stepping into. β€οΈππ½
