Spotlight Spencer We use only the most exceptional ingredients in our small artisan batches of mead. We also use earth-friendly cleaners to have as low of an impact as possible.

Bjorn Mead was founded in 2011 in Waterford, CA to make delicious, high quality meads. We start making our mead by mixing high quality honey (some small artisan batches use organic honey) with filtered water, and we add fresh, unfrozen fruits from California's local farms and stores to make a delicious fruit-flavored mead. Each batch is then tested by a BJCP-Certified Mead Judge to ensure only the best mead is sold by Bjorn Mead!
