It's our responsibility to learn the details so that we can properly guarantee the service of each engine. We have been re-manufacturing outboards for over 21 years. In that time we have learned which motors are the most reliable in the long run. We believe that the history of an outboard over its life span is the best judge of its quality and reliability. The 32 models we have selected were origi

nally produced by Mercury, Johnson, or Yamaha. All our re-manufactured outboards come with a new cover gasket, new decals, stainless steel tilt tube, and our seven step paint system. A complete list of new parts is included in each description of our outboards. They are also fully warrantied with-in a 200 mile radius of Waterford, Connecticut. with a Parts and tech support warranty outside of our range. These motors have a very simple design and are some of the easiest motors to work on. If you are interested in purchasing one of or several of our outboards please give us a call at (860) 437-0060. We can sell you one from our inventory, build a motor for you or re-manufacture your existing outboard.

Itā€™s common to find outboards running the wrong size or pitch propeller. A properly functioning tachometer is key to checking prop performance. Once the boat is at full speed and trimmed correctly, note the RPMs and compare them to your motorā€™s recommended range. Running outside that range can hurt performance, fuel economy, and engine life.

Always refer to your ownerā€™s manual or a trusted service facility for your motorā€™s recommended max RPMs.
