🏈 The crowd cheers the touchdown. Nobody throws a parade for the blocking that made it possible.

Carroll University’s Homecoming last Saturday (our local University) got us thinking about a different kind of team effort: keeping a fleet moving.

The driver makes the delivery. But behind that moment? Dispatch adjusted the route. Maintenance caught a problem early. Someone made sure the right truck was ready for the job.

Different positions. One shared goal. And when someone misses an assignment, the whole team feels it.

Great fleet operations depend on preparation, communication, and people who take pride in doing their part... even when it doesn’t make the highlight reel.

At REL, we know the work behind the scenes deserves some recognition, too.

Here’s to the Pioneers and to everyone helping their team move the chains, on the field or on the road.

Big things are ahead for Rolling Equity Leasing business development intern Evan Griffiths! 🎓🏈

Evan will soon graduate from Carroll University in a couple of months and has accepted a full-time Account Manager role with REL starting in December. We’re excited to continue working with him as he takes this next step!

A McHenry, Illinois native (and Bears fan 🐻 ... well, we can't all be perfect. 😉 🧀) with a 3.9 cumulative GPA, Evan brings dedication to both the classroom and the football field. As a team captain and middle linebacker, he leads his team in tackles and we’ll be cheering him on as he plays in the big Homecoming game right here in Waukesha tomorrow!

Join us in congratulating Evan on his upcoming graduation and new role. Good luck at Homecoming, Evan, your REL team is rooting for you! 🙌

A gift we’ll treasure. A moment we’ll remember. 💙

At the FedEx Forward Service Provider Summit yesterday, Nick and Camille Molina of Top Hand Trucking, winner of our 2026 REL Military Appreciation Truck Lease Giveaway, presented REL co-founder and CEO Pat McKay with a beautiful tribal blanket. REL co-founder and COO Tyler Tattum joined them for this special moment.

As Nick explains in the video, Camille is a member of the Crow tribe, and the blanket was presented as an expression of respect and gratitude for REL’s generosity and support of veterans.

Nick and Camille, thank you for your kindness, your thoughtful gift, and the relationship we’ve built together. We’re grateful to have you in the REL family, and we’re honored by this gesture.
