We are looking for multiple conestoga-style flatbed drivers who are reliable, adaptable, teachable, self motivated, courteous, and display efficient time and trip management skills.

We have two job structures to choose from:

▶︎ Local/Over the Road Hybrid:
You'll work roughly 5 days a week—typically 3 days over the road (overnight trips) and 2 days on local routes that have you home by evening.
- Average pay around $65-75,000+ annually
- $2,500 sign on/retention bonus paid quarterly over first 12 months of employment
- Home at least 4 nights a week

▶︎ Over the Road:
- Average pay around $75-90,000+ annually
- $5,000 sign on/retention bonus paid quarterly over first 12 months of employment
- Home Weekends

◉ Additionally, all jobs include the following benefits:
- Paid Weekly
- Paid Vacation Time
- Monthly Safety/Mileage Bonuses
- Drivers Medical Insurance paid 100%
- Company HSA contribution
- 401K with Company Matching after 1 Year
- Detention and Extra-stop Pay

Candidates need to be at least 23 years old and have 2 years of CDL experience.

Meet Adam Marroquin, the newest member of our team!

Adam will be filling the role of a dispatcher and manager. He was most recently an owner-operator, dispatching his own truck. He also has previous experience dispatching a couple of other trucks and managing a trailer repair service. Before that he served as a full-time pastor, overseeing the recruitment, growth, training, and development of adult ministries. He received a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry, partnered with a minor in Business Administration from Lee University. He then followed that up with a master's degree in Ministry Studies with an emphasis on leadership from the same university. On a personal level, Adam is the father of three children with his wife, Rachel.

From the moment we met Adam, we have been incredibly impressed with his diligence, leadership, and character, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him a part of the Grieser Transportation team. Welcome, Adam!

Job Title: Dispatcher and Manager

Job Description:
We are looking to hire an on-site dispatcher/manager that may fill a variety of other roles based on the hiree’s skills and experience. First and foremost, we are a Christian, Kingdom business. Our first priority is hiring those who fit our values: integrity, excellence, teamwork, teachability, and joy. We also greatly value open and honest communication.

The responsibilities of this role would include the following:
1. Dispatching - Help find and schedule loads for our fleet of drivers.
2. Relationship Management - Relate with both drivers and customers, developing strong relationships while still being firm when needed. Ideally the candidate would have some previous management or leadership experience.
3. Driving - Ideally, we’d love a candidate who has their CDL and can take short day trips when the opportunity arises. This is not a necessary pre-qualification, but it is certainly a factor.
4. Etc. - Depending on the hiree’s skills and experience, they may help with other responsibilities such as safety, hiring/training, and/or developing new opportunities.

Finally, we are looking for someone who is disciplined and able to utilize their time wisely. Compensation package will depend on the skills and experience of the hiree, but we will offer a health insurance package, 401K plan, paid holidays and vacation, and life insurance regardless. Grieser Transportation is a family owned and operated, full service transportation company that has been in business for 48 years. We pride ourselves in meeting our customers' needs for time-sensitivity, safety, and reliability and are always looking to expand our services!

We are currently have 16 tractors with Conestoga style flatbed trailers. We primarily operate in the Midwest, Southeast, South Central, East, and Northeast of the United States and haul a wide range of products from particle board, steel door track, steel tubing, brick, lumber, coils, etc.

Our team of four full-time and four part-time mechanics service and repair our own trucks as well as those of other local customers in our six-bay facility. From basic services to major engine work, our staff is capable of taking care of both our and others' trucks.
