AUTO & DIESEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Big E’s Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Fleet Mechanic to take charge of the maintenance and repair of our growing fleet of 40+ company vehicles.
This position will be responsible for keeping our fleet safe, reliable, maintained, and road-ready.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Oversee maintenance and repairs for 40+ fleet vehicles
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, tune-ups & fluid services
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform automotive and diesel repairs
• Engine, transmission, suspension, A/C and drivetrain repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Identify problems before they become costly breakdowns
• Coordinate parts, repairs and maintenance schedules
• Help minimize vehicle downtime and keep our fleet on the road
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has strong automotive AND diesel mechanical experience
• Can diagnose problems—not just replace parts
• Is organized and capable of managing an entire fleet maintenance program
• Takes pride in their work and keeps a clean, organized shop
• Is dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Understands the importance of preventative maintenance and vehicle safety
