Did a rare one today,1963 Olds Cutlass with a 215 cubic inch turbo. The car was called a Jetfire and there are only 12 registered in the United States. Customer is putting a 350 motor in it and needed to upgrade the cooling. We put a core style called JCT we have Heatex in Roseville Michigan build. We dropped the trans cooler out and changed the bottom hose connection. In 49 years of being a radiator repairman this is the only one of these i have done. I love my job.

What are the odds,the same day 2 different customers brought in old Allis Chalmers radiators to be recored. The one on the left is out of a 170 Allis Chalmers and the one on the right is out of a 175 Allis Chalmers. Both were 3 rows and 10 fins per inch. Replaced them with 4 row 5.5 fins per inch.

Another oldie yesterday, 1925 Chevrolet. New V-Cell core good for another 100 years. These are pretty easy to do and I enjoy doing them.
