Lisa was nominated by a parent who recognized the exceptional care, patience, and professionalism she shows while safely transporting students—even when faced with challenging situations. Her commitment doesn't stop there. Lisa is always willing to step up by covering tech runs, charter and sports transfers, field trips, and even giving up many Saturdays to ensure students and groups get where they need to be.

We are incredibly proud to have Lisa as part of our team. Her dedication, reliability, and genuine care for our students make a difference every day.

Last week, our Krapf Leadership Summit (Krapf School Bus Inc. and Krapf Coaches) brought leaders from across the company together for a day and half of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Throughout the summit, we focused on strengthening our leadership while reinforcing Krapf's Five Pillars of Operations Excellence: Customers, Employees, Service, Community, and Financial Performance. These pillars continue to guide the decisions we make and the way we work together every day.

From engaging discussions and sharing ideas to some friendly competition at Topgolf, it was a great reminder that strong teams are built through both professional development and meaningful relationships.
