Great day out at local Wildlife Management Areas. Started out dry but eventually the rain made it out but was a welcome drop in temperatures. Definitely prefer wearing googles versus the face shield.

A great place to visit on your motorcycle and explore. Plenty of wildlife is out there. Stick to the main grade it won't disappoint. If you're going in the summer bring plenty of water and be prepared for a section of soft sugar sand as you get close to the end of the main grade approaching Long Bluff which sits on the St Johns River.

It is truly incredible what these professionals can do with these big units.

Just don’t forget that Pol Tarrés is the one who risked it all and showed everyone that this was even possible riding Tenere 700. If you take a moment and go to YouTube and search for ROMANIACS adventure class and view the videos you will see some incredible athletes pushing the limits.

Now that I’ve made the bike pretty much the way I want it and done all the weight saving and other mods I’ve anted to do, it’s time for me to work on myself and lose weight. It’s the best mod I can do for my motorcycling.

I find myself riding more with my ABS off. I had installed the LSK ABS dongle which was awesome. It kept my last setting saved. At the end I realized I ride more with my ABS off and felt my brake responded better without ABS. Go to Revzilla and search for ABS delete. They sell the stainless steel brake lines along with the very important part. The ABS delete module. You will need this if you plan on removing your ABS pump. RevZilla

Here is a simple fix for your Tusk Excursion lower attachment straps. Forever I thought these straps were sewn onto the base. They are not. It’s super easy to replace these straps if you cut them to short; which is what I did. Stay tuned for more Tech and Maintenance TIPS. Rocky Mountain ATVMC
