To our valued customers. Recently we have had some disruptions in our service that made it difficult for us to provide the the service you have come to expect from Package Plus Xpress. For this, we wholeheartedly apologize. Rest assured however, that we are working to resolve the problems as quickly as possible. The CEO shortly, will be reaching out personally to each affected customer, to provide updates on the status your shipments.
