🚁 Landing in the heart of community and tradition!

A huge thank you to Jim Pearson Elementary School in Alexander City, AL for inviting Haynes Life Flight to be a part of your incredible Heritage Day event on October 9th!

We had an amazing time landing on campus and meeting all of the fantastic students, staff, and community helpers. It was wonderful to see the kids step back in time to explore traditional crafts like butter making, wood carving, and candle making, right alongside modern farm life exhibits and live music.

We love any opportunity to share what we do with our future generation, and the energy from the Wildcats today was unmatched! Thank you for having us, and thank you for a wonderful day of learning, tradition, and community. 🐾❤️

🚑 🚁 A HUGE THANK YOU TO LAKEVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH! 💙

The teams at Haynes Ambulance and Haynes LifeFlight want to extend our sincerest gratitude to our wonderful friends at Lakeview Baptist Church.

Our crews were incredibly blessed by the amazing goody baskets packed full of snacks and treats! Our crews work around the clock, and these thoughtful items truly fuel them through their shifts and brighten up their day.

Even more than the delicious treats, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for keeping us covered in your prayers! Your kindness, generosity, and support are much appreciated.

💜 September is Sepsis Awareness Month. A common infection can turn into a life-threatening emergency very fast. Sepsis is the body's extreme, rapid response to an infection, and without quick medical care, it can lead to organ failure and worse.

At Haynes, we see this daily, and it was our pleasure to participate with Baptist Health's " Sepsis Survivor and Heroes Against Sepsis" event at the DeBoer Building! Visiting with fellow survivors, grieving families, and dedicated healthcare heroes was an unforgettable reminder of strength, community, and hope.

Know the T.I.M.E. Signs of Sepsis:
Early recognition saves lives. Remember these key symptoms and seek emergency care immediately if you notice them:
T – Temperature: High fever, shivering, or feeling very cold
I – Infection: Signs or symptoms of a recent infection, wound, or cut
M – Mental decline: New confusion, sleepiness, or hard to wake up
E – Extremely ill: Severe pain, extreme discomfort, or shortness of breath

Let’s keep spreading the word, honoring survivors, and remembering those we’ve lost. Awareness is our best tool for early treatment!

We are grateful for the teamwork between our first responders, EMS, law enforcement, and the LifeFlight crew to ensure this patient received the highest level of care as quickly as possible.

Please keep the patient, their family, and everyone involved in your thoughts and prayers. We also remind everyone that if you see emergency vehicles or a medical helicopter operating in your area, please give responders plenty of space to work safely.

Serving our community, one call at a time. 🚒🚑🚁

I would like to personally thank all of our Police Officers, Sheriff Deputies Fire, EMS and Flight Crew personnel along with all the pouring out of our community to assist us in this critical incident that occurred on July 20, 2026. Your help did not go unnoticed. It was noticed that some of our citizens were comforting loved ones, holding umbrellas over them to keep them from overheating, getting water and just a tremendous outpouring of love that was shown. Thank you all!! I'm so very proud to be your Chief!! 💙Chief Kiser

Happy International Paramedic Day! 🚑 🚁💙Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate and honor the incredible paramedics of Haynes Ambulance, Haynes Life Flight, and the paramedics of the many EMS agencies that we work with daily . You are the calm in the chaos, providing life-saving care when every single second counts. We are so grateful for your relentless dedication, courage, and the sacrifices you and your families make for our neighbors. As we celebrate your hard work, we keep this scripture close to our hearts: "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galations 6:9

Heavenly Father, we lift up our crews to You today. Grant them supernatural strength for the long shifts, steady hands when every minute matters, and Your profound peace after difficult calls. Wrap Your arms of protection around them and guide them safely home to their families. Please join us in thanking these everyday heroes! Drop a shoutout or a prayer for a local medic or crew member in the comments below. 👇
