We would like to recognize one of our drivers and one of our dispatchers for going above and beyond in support of a customer.
Just after 2:00 a.m. last night, a customer called and spoke with our night dispatcher, Sean Welliver, requesting urgent assistance moving trailers on their lot. Their yard jockey had to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency.
Without missing a beat, Sean immediately went to work and located one of our nearby drivers, Roger Howard. When Sean asked if he would be willing to help, Roger did not hesitate and went straight over to move any trailers the customer needed.
Thank you, Sean and Roger, for stepping up in a difficult situation. Their actions exemplify the close‑knit, family values of Houff Transfer and our commitment to going above and beyond to take care of our customers

Help us congratulate our drivers Mark Nelson and Randy Spencer for winning awards from the West Virginia Trucking Association today. Mark won Driver of the Year! Randy won Outstanding Driver of the Year! These two gentleman deserve to be recognized and we are proud to have them on our team.
