K&M has been proud to sponsor Wildtorium, our local children’s museum, and they have reached out with a need as they prepare for the next phase of their project: creating an Outdoor Learning Space for kids, families, and school groups in our community!!!

This new space will include a discovery zone, garden beds, outdoor class areas, nature play, and future educational exhibits. They are hoping to begin site prep the weekend of June 13–14, this has some flexibility but the sooner the better, and while we are happy to help haul and coordinate as much as we can, some of the needs are outside our direct scope.

We would love to ask our friends, customers, and community partners to consider helping if you are able. They are currently looking for help with:

• Equipment for site preparation and grading
• Gravel, sand, landscaping materials, or delivery of materials to the museum in Kalispell.
• Recommendations for local suppliers or contractors
• Any other equipment, materials, or services that could help get this project off the ground

This is such a great opportunity to support kids right here in our local community, and every little bit helps!

This morning we had the privilege of helping rescue a cat who had been stuck in a tree for 3 days. Our son always hears us say “look for the helpers” and today, Eddie got to be that helper.

Mittens is now safe, cozy, and taking a much-needed break inside. As pet owners ourselves, we can imagine how awful it would feel to have an animal stuck with no way down. We’re grateful we were able to give back in this way and we couldn’t do this kind of stuff without the daily support we receive from all of you!
