Our building is currently undergoing renovations and our main technician is the one performing a large portion of these renovations. Highlights include removal of mold (🤢) and reconfiguring our entire media setup. It’s been difficult to get much done but rest assured, your projects are safe and sound and being worked on!

Once the busy season ends we will have 2 technicians (as opposed to just one) to support our goal of reducing turnaround time.

Hello everyone!

Until now this page has been largely unmoderated—apologies to anyone who has tried to contact us through here! Starting today, this page will be checked at least 3 times a week to make sure we can remain accessible. We still have nearly 100 voicemails to go through (we have been getting 20-30 a day!!) but sit tight—we’re going to respond to as many as we can!

We have been hard at work closing our sister business (The Media Hub) and renovating our building for future use. Some of our computers have also died or started behaving oddly (to give you an idea, one of them produces video files that are so tiny you can barely see them and we have no idea why). Needless to say, progress on current projects has been slow going. But rest assured, your memories are safe with us and they are being processed in order.

If you’re in a hurry, consider upgrading to our new expedited service: for an up-charge of up to 80% of the original project cost (at the discretion of the technician, and it almost never goes up to 80%!) you can get in a “fast pass” line. You’ll be added to our expedited queue which is processed before normal projects.
