Most people think moving damage is just “part of the process.” It isn’t. You shouldn’t feel like damage during a move is unavoidable.
Damage usually happens when there’s no systems in place — when prep is skipped, belongings aren’t wrapped, homes aren’t protected, and everything is rushed to save time.
The clips in this video show the preparation work we do before anything goes on the truck. Furniture is wrapped, surfaces are protected, and items are staged and loaded in a specific order. These steps aren’t random — they’re part of a system designed to eliminate unnecessary risk and prevent avoidable damage.
When these steps are skipped, damage is usually the result — which is why you’ll see examples of furniture and trim issues that some of our previous customers dealt with in the past. Speed may finish a job faster, but preparation is what prevents problems in the first place.
This is what it looks like when moving is approached with planning, structure, and intention.
