Merry Christmas to all of our customers and workers! The milk business is 24/7, 365 days a year. Our guys will be out getting it done tonight with Santa, and tomorrow morning when most of America is in their living rooms opening presents. Thankful for the dedication and hard work our team puts in to provide a reliable service for our farmers! Happy holidays and we will see you all in 2026!

It’s been a crazy start to the fall season for us here at J.M. Ile Transport! We have expanded our milk division and are now servicing about 90 farms in southern Lancaster County! We have added a few employees and a few pieces of equipment to take on this large task! However we are looking for a few part time employees interested in helping with milk deliveries on the weekends!! **We are hiring!**

Taking applications for a full time pilot for this rig! This job would be a full time milk hauling position, job involves leaving early mornings and delivering to the plant, then loading the trailer on the way home. Driver must be local to Lancaster PA, must have tanker endorsement, must be 23 with at least 3 years experience and a clean MVR, and must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen. We take pride in our equipment and are really looking for that specific employee who is self motivated, clean, and enjoys their job. Milk hauling experience is preferred however, will train the right candidate! Position available 12/1/24! Feel free to call, text, or message if you’re interested!
