BIG milestone achieved!! 💪 We're super-excited to announce our first modular shipping container home certified by the state of North Carolina.

The project features our CS-320 model, a single 40-foot high-cube shipping container transformed into a modern, functional accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Installed in the backyard of a Downtown Wilmington, NC residence, the home showcases how small-footprint living can be stylish, sustainable, and efficient. Offering approximately 320 square feet of living space, the CS-320 includes one bedroom, one bathroom, an open kitchen/living area, and optional laundry. Standard finishes include quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, LED lighting and soft-close cabinetry.

Modular certification allows us to construct our container homes in a factory environment rather than on-site. This approach ensures greater quality control and efficiency while adhering to the same North Carolina Residential Building Code required of traditional stick-built homes.

Just completed! Check out this awesome pool cabana that was delivered to our customer's property earlier this week near Sampson, NC. Built from a 20' high cube container, the cabana also features a small storage area for hiding all of those pool toys.
