Customer called and said that his sewer has backed up once a year since he bought his house. We snaked the line and relieved the blockage quickly but something didn't feel quite right so we encouraged him to televise the sewer. We found that the plumber who renovated the house tied the storm box into the sewer by just stuffing a piece of 2" PVC into the sewer which caused his nuisance blockages. Though he needs to ultimately break up the floor and fix the plumbing properly, we were able to move the pipe out of the way enough to ensure proper flow until he can do that.

This is a sewer camera. This allows me to inspect the condition and integrity of a pipe from 2"-8" diameter from inside the pipe.
