Had a quick fix today ! One of our regular Customers called us out because their check engine light had came on and they had the codes read off at their nearest auto parts dealer and it stated that their canister purge valve went bad . So you know we came out and we got it swapped, cleared the codes and got that check engine light gone ! Give jays innovations a message today for your next car service or home renovation needs !

Had a crazy call for this morning ! Customer stated that they were driving their 2016 Nissan Altima base model and they ran over something (they couldn't tell) and when they got out to look they seen OIL all over the ground !! So we came out and assessed the issue and came to find out that they gashed their entire oil pan open ! But LUCKILY it was just that and wasn't no other significant damage other than a heat shield coming off of the exhaust ! We got the sources for parts and got them back on the road again ! Due to multiple instances of customers requesting inspections, estimates, and diagnostic visits and then failing to pay for the time and expertise provided, I will now require a non-refundable deposit before I arrive for any inspection, estimate, diagnostic, or service call.

Please understand that my time, fuel, travel expenses, and professional knowledge all have value. When I schedule an appointment, I am setting aside time that could have been used to serve other paying customers.

The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the job if you choose to move forward with the repair or service.

I appreciate all of my loyal customers who respect my time and business. This policy helps ensure I can continue providing reliable, professional service to everyone.

Went out for a home inspection, customer stated that their air/heat vents was not connected throughout the home. Upon thorough inspection we came to find that all 8 of the vent ducts were either damaged or not connected. Had service call this morning, customer stated that they started having jerking issues and the check engine light came on. We went out to diagnose and found that the ignition coil and spark plug were fouled/bad. We went and retrieved the parts and got it put on in a quick, and orderly fashion ! This Customers car is now back running smooth with the check engine light completely gone ! Give jays innovation a message today for your next service or home renovation needs !

Went out for one of our last calls of the day and it was to finish inspecting a GE stacked washer/dryer combo that had a tricky situation going on.

The customer originally reported:

* Dryer completely not responding

After a full diagnostic process, I tested all accessible internal safety components including door switches and thermal safety devices. Everything inside the unit tested within normal range. Once those checks were cleared, the issue pointed away from internal appliance failure and toward a power supply issue feeding the dryer side of the unit. At that point, further diagnosis requires live voltage testing at the terminal block and power cord connection, which falls under electrical supply inspection.

For safety, we do NOT perform energized high-voltage supply testing inside appliance power connections, so I advised the customer to have a licensed electrician inspect the outlet, cord, and power feed to the unit.
