We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Dispatch Operations Coordinator to join our growing heavy haul transportation team.

Responsibilities:

✅ Dispatch and coordinate heavy haul loads
✅ Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers
✅ Track shipments and monitor routes
✅ Manage permits, escorts, and scheduling
✅ Ensure DOT and safety compliance
✅ Handle load updates, delays, and operational changes in real time
✅ Maintain strong driver relationships and customer service

Qualifications:

✔ Heavy haul or specialized transportation experience preferred

✔ Knowledge of dispatch systems and transportation logistics
✔ Ability to work in a high-energy operations environment
