Some Disney vacations just stay with you. ❤️

For me, it was Aulani. 🌺

There's something truly special about the magic of a Disney resort blended with the beauty and culture of Hawaii. It's an experience unlike any other Disney Vacation Club resort.

I might even go so far as to say Aulani is the best DVC resort. 😉

Grand Floridian was up $23 per point in our Q3 sales. But did its market value really jump $23?

Not necessarily — and that’s exactly why DVC resale averages need context.

Our third-quarter numbers showed some notable movement:
• Grand Floridian: +$23/pt
• Copper Creek: +$20/pt
• BoardWalk: +$16/pt
• Saratoga Springs: -$3/pt

But behind those numbers are very different stories — extremely limited inventory at some resorts, smaller contracts commanding premium prices at others, and different levels of buyer demand.

A higher asking price doesn’t necessarily mean a higher market value.

When comparing DVC resale listings, it’s important to distinguish between what a contract is listed for and what comparable contracts are actually selling for.

Pricing too far above the current market can mean more time on the market — and eventually, price reductions.

A realistic asking price should be supported by recent sales, current inventory, contract size, available points and the terms buyers are actually accepting.
