Position: Freight Bill Auditor
Reports to: Director of Logistic Solutions
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Pay: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
• Audit client freight bills ensuring rates, fees and terms are correct.
• Attention to detail with the ability to communicate directly with the customer.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task.
• Transportation, trucking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
• Capable of reviewing large amounts of data to ensure all potential charges are
invoiced precisely.
• Must be able to query data to determine and review for billing purposes.
• Basic knowledge of the collections, accounts payable, and billing.
• Ability to work in a methodical setting with repetition of accurate data consistently.
• Computer skills and the working knowledge of logistics software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Adapt to change in the workplace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Driven to succeed.

Preferred:
• High School diploma

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Must bring your own book of business. Freight Agent experience required.


Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or work related experience required
At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to do to customer prospecting and culitvate relationships
Must be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
