✨Women in Construction Week Spotlight✨

Shoutout to LouChina, who's been with us for four years driving her Peterbilt like a pro! She's consistently recognized for passing DOT inspections, keeping a clean cab, and following safety protocols every mile of the way.

In site work, dump truck drivers play a critical role in keeping projects moving. LouChina helps transport aggregates like dirt, sand, and rock to and from our job sites. These materials are essential for grading, building pads, road bases, and total site development. When the trucks roll, the project rolls.🚛

A special shoutout to LouChina and Ruth, two absolutely amazing drivers who represent skill, safety, and strength behind the wheel. We are so proud of the work they do and can't wait to celebrate them next week!

A big thank you to the wonderful class at Winter Haven Christian School for inviting us out today! The letter of the day was D, and what better way to celebrate than with a dump truck on site?

We had an amazing time teaching the students about what we do and showing them a close up look at one of our trucks. We love being part of moments like these in our community!

He recently passed his DOT inspection! DOT inspections are through checks to ensure commercial vehicles and drivers meet all federal safety standards and JD nailed it. He also walked away with a $250 visa gift card as a reward for his commitment to safety and excellence. Keep up the great work!

He was recently pulled for a DOT inspection and walked away with a perfect score- 100%! The inspector even said his truck was the cleanest he's seen in quite some time. Kenneth's attention to detail and commitment to safety earned him a $ 50 visa, and both our Roadway Safety Manager, Michael, and Trucking Manager, Francisco, couldn't be prouder.
