Not every traveler wants the same Europe. That’s where a theme changes the conversation with your clients.

Cooking: hands-on classes with local chefs, market visits, regional wine pairings built around the meal, not just added on.

Wine: vineyard stays, tastings with the people who actually make the wine, routes built through Bordeaux, Tuscany, the Douro, wherever your client’s palate is pointing.

Bulgaria doesn’t get the attention it deserves, and that’s exactly why we love pointing travel advisors toward it. Sofia mixes Roman ruins with Soviet-era buildings and a genuinely walkable old town, all without the crowds you’d fight in Prague or Budapest.

Beyond the capital, there’s the Rila Monastery tucked into the mountains, the Black Sea coast, and rose valleys near Kazanlak that smell incredible in late spring. It’s a country that surprises clients who thought they’d already seen everything Europe has to offer.
