The building experienced water issues in the basement due to plugged French drains. Our solution involved the removal of 18 feet of soil, starting at the first level and progressing towards the building, with each brick weighing approximately 90 pounds. We also rerouted the gutter system to a separate line and directed it away from the building to ensure that water was diverted from the structure.
