🚌📲 TEXT. TRACK. RIDE.
✨ The new text-to-track system is here!

📱 No app required
🔢 Text your WRTA Stop ID to 22827
🚌 Get real-time bus arrival information right on your phone

If your bus stop still has an older sign, you can use the new system now — just find your Stop ID through a newly branded WRTA sign, Google Maps, the Transit app, or the WRTA Bus Tracker.

👉 Learn more and find your Stop ID: therta.com/text2track

⚠️ Don’t use the old phone number or QR code on older signs. The previous system is going offline this week.

🚨 Important: The previous text-to-track system is going offline this week. You may still see older WRTA-branded bus stop signs — including signs with the previous text-to-track phone number or QR code. That information is no longer active.

📢 Service Update from WRTA

Following a public review process and community meetings, the WRTA Advisory Board has voted to discontinue Routes A and B.

📅These service changes will take effect August 28, 2026.

This decision was made after careful consideration of consistently low ridership and rising operating costs.

WRTA remains committed to helping riders stay connected. We'll continue working with the Towns of Grafton and Northbridge, along with the Councils on Aging, to help eligible residents access transportation through the WRTA Mobility Management Model and paratransit services.

📍 Need help using fixed-route buses? Our FREE Travel Training program provides one-on-one instruction and personalized travel techniques to help riders confidently navigate the WRTA system.
