🎉 BIG NEWS FROM KIM'S TRUCKER SERVICES! 🎉

We officially have TWO NATMI Certified Directors of Safety on the KTS team!

Today, I could not be prouder to announce that Kat Armstrong has officially earned her NATMI Certified Director of Safety certification! ❤️👏

Anyone who knows Kat knows how much she cares about our customers, their drivers, their safety programs, and doing things the right way. She has put in the work, built the experience, continued her education, and today she earned a credential that recognizes exactly what we already knew—she is one Hell of a safety professional.

With Kat joining James Knight, NATMI Certified Director of Safety, KTS now has TWO Certified Directors of Safety working for our customers.

And THAT is a big deal to me.

When a company trusts KTS with its safety program, DOT compliance, driver qualification files, audits, training, accident response, DataQs, ELDs, or FMCSA issues, they aren't just hiring someone to push paperwork. They're trusting us with their company, their drivers, their authority, and their livelihood.

That's why we continue investing in education, certifications, and our people.

When we started this business, I never imagined all the places it would take us, the people we would meet, or the amazing customers who would put their trust in us. What started as a desire to help people in this industry has grown into something I am so incredibly proud of.

But this award doesn’t belong to me alone. It belongs to **our entire KTS team**. I am blessed to work with people who care about our customers, care about each other, and truly care about doing things the right way. ❤️

And to our customers — **thank you**. Thank you for trusting us with your businesses, referring your friends and colleagues to us, leaving reviews, supporting us, and allowing us to be a small part of your success. Many of you have been with us for years, and you've become so much more than customers.

Every award we receive reminds me that people notice when you genuinely care about what you do and who you do it for.

Yesterday I had the honor of sharing my recognition from the Midwest Truckers Association. Today, I’m incredibly proud to celebrate another member of our team!

Congratulations to Kat Armstrong for being featured in the Illinois Trucking Magazine for her service on the Leadership Committee and for representing our industry in Springfield.

At Kim’s Trucker Services LLC, we believe our clients deserve more than someone who simply processes paperwork.
