Camrett Logistics was started by Collin Peel in 1995 with one straight truck and a 10,000 square feet warehouse in Wytheville Virginia. In 1997, Camrett expanded to a 72,000 square feet facility in Rural Retreat. In 1999, increased their truckload operation to a second site in Salem, Virginia. Acquired their second warehouse and transportation in 2001 when they bought out the Virginia operations of D&S Distribution, in Dublin, Virginia. By 2007 Camrett had 4 warehouses and over-the-road transportation services in three states. In 2008, Camrett sold the over-the-road transportation portion of the business, allowing Camrett to concentrate on their third-party logistics. Fast Facts:
