Progress on this multi phase East Hampton lift.
Phase one of this project called for lifting all of the structures on the estate up and off of the original foundations they sat on for over 100 years. New concrete foundations will be poured beneath to comply with FEMA flood elevation codes, and the buildings will be set back down onto the new concrete, eliminating the risk of flooding in the future.
Phase two of the project requires us to separate and lift the second story floor system on these buildings from the first, aiming to increase the ceiling height from 8’ to 10’ throughout.
