If we fail, we will make it right! We will perform all work according to the state-regulated guidelines. We will not lower our work ethic due to the time of day or personal circumstances. We will always be on time for our appointments. If extraneous circumstances do not allow this we will inform the customer immediately and reschedule if necessary. Customers trust us with their personal informatio

n and sometimes access to their unoccupied residence. We will not violate this trust in any measure. We will not arrive at the job unscheduled or without the customer’s knowledge, nor will we leave the job without informing either the customer or another responsible party. We will perform the work agreed upon at the price quoted. Should either the work or the price need adjustment, we will negotiate this with the customer prior to continuing.
