We are grateful to have been part of a remarkable community on Wednesday evening when Krolick's BBQ, a local business, contacted our company regarding an elderly couple who had inadvertently locked their keys in their vehicle and were stranded in their parking lot. The couple had contacted their Roadside Assistant and had been waiting for assistance for over 2.5 hours. Krolick's generously offered to cover the cost of our service, which we reciprocated with a chicken dinner for our staff the following day for lunch from Krolick's BBQ Stand. We thank Krolick's for their kindness and generosity in helping those in need.

-Do NOT leave your vehicle. You can easily become disoriented in the whiteout conditions;
-Run the engine about 10 minutes every hour for heat;
-Clear snow from exhaust pipe;
