All prices In this website are Guaranteed to be the same or less of the official price when paying or inquiring directly with the lodge. Don't expect that you can arrive in Los Roques and find available rooms. Most posadas are fully booked; also remember that the total capacity of Los Roques is only 500 beds so make your booking beforehand. Remember when you reserve a posada there is most of the time 3 possibilities:
BB: Bed and Breakfast. (Accommodation with breakfast). HB: Half Board / Pension: (Accommodation with breakfast and dinner). FB: Full Board / Pension (Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, dinner). FBD: Full Board including Full day / Pension (Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, dinner including day tour by boat to nearest islands). When looking for a Sailboat, Catamaran or Yacht, please note the: (Exclusive Crewed Charter with all included. Exclusively for your own private party or family). This means that you are chartering the boat for yourselves, if you are a couple or more persons, you are paying the whole boat and there will be no other guests onboard, apart from the Captain, Cook and Crew.. To make an enquiry, click on 'make a reservation' from your chosen accommodation details screen to take you to our online reservation form. Please select your arrival and departure dates, number of guests and enter any promotion code (if applicable). Select the accommodation type from the available tabs on the right hand side (view feedback from system below the instructions). If you make a mistake, re-click on the selected accommodation type to remove, then reselect again. Select any extra Services or Activities you require. Enter your details in the boxes provided (all fields with an asterisk must be filled in). Once satisfied your details are all correct please click 'Review Booking'. Carefully check through the Reservation Summary screen ensuring all details are correct. If you need to make corrections click 'Amend Reservation', you will be taken back to the Reservation Form to re-enter, click again on 'Review Booking'. Enter any special requests in the box provided on the Reservation Summary screen. If you know your flight details please also add these to the box provided. Please review our 'Terms and Conditions' if you agree to them and all the other information is correct please click in the 'Review booking' box. You will also receive an email showing your Reservation Summary. If you do not receive any of our correspondence emails to you registered email address, please check your spam folder before you contact us. Once we receive your enquiry we will check availability with your selected posada, camp, yacht, airline or tour. If your accommodation - tour is available we will normally confirm this in an email within 1 working days. Follow the instructions contained in the Availability Conformation email to secure your booking. If you do not confirm your booking by paying the requested payment within 48 hours, your reservation will expire. If you let the reservation expire and still wish to book, you will have to reply to the Booking Expired email requesting us to re-check availability with your chosen travel service. If your travel service is still available then you will receive another Availability Conformation email normally within 48 hours with payment instructions. Should your chosen service not be available, ExplorePartners will endeavor to find a suitable alternative. Payments made to ExplorePartners are through PayPal or wire transfer, which is totally secure. You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit/debit card payment.
