VI Airlink is mindful of the growing pandemic of COVID-19 - Novel Coronavirus. We also recognized that passengers travel arrangements are being affected, therefore, passengers whose travels are affected can make changes and the change fees will not be applied for passengers who had to cancel their trip for this reason.

All reservations affected by travel restrictions for the BVI Lockdown will be cancelled automatically.

Please note all tickets purchased are non-refundable, any cancelled flight will receive a full credit in our reservation system, which will be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket within one year from the original issue date. Kindly contact us via email or by telephone to make your new booking, relevant fare differences may apply for new travel dates.

We have also implemented our Emergency Response for Infectious diseases. Please bare in mind that you will be required to sanitize your hands before boarding the aircraft during this pandemic.
