The final night of our final charter onboard Olivia Charles!!!! I have so many photos to share from our incredible week with our amazing 3x returning guests, but I wanted to share our final evening with you first as we wanted it to be really special.
I planned and created a delicious tasting menu, and Tommy did any amazing job of wine pairing for each dish. For the soup course, I recreated an absolutely delicious dish we eat as they kindly gave me the recipe. I used locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. The lobster was Anegada Caribbean Spiny lobster, the herbs and microgreens were from freshly picked on Tortola.
