Effective from June 3, 2026, the Immigration Department, in coordination with local authorities, has enforced strict 100% inspections of passports and travel documents for all international visitors entering border areas along the Ha Giang Loop route.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: All foreign travelers must obtain a valid Border Permit before commencing their tour.
2. DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS & TRAVEL AGENTS
📌 For International TravelersPermit Fee: USD 10 per person (pax).
Payment Method: Payable directly in cash at the designated meeting point in Ha Giang before the tour starts.
Price Exclusion: Please note that this fee is NOT included in your current tour price.

Information Duty: All partners and travel agents are kindly requested to inform and advise their customers regarding this requirement well in advance.
