HAI PHAT GLOBAL WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THE LATEST VIETNAM’S MARKET REPORT FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2021

The quarterly report covers the movements of several key property types, ranging from apartment, office to industrial real estate, and introduces briefly national indicators, world economy.

The 2021's fourth-quarter report indicates that industrial property remains in the best position compared to the other non-residential property categories, like retail and offices. The housing market is cooling but has held up reasonably well due to the ongoing record-low interest rates.

Office & Retail sector recovery

Despite these looming possible negatives, some of the positive signs include a further increase in office and retail supply and the effects after switching the entire economy to the “new normal mode”.

📣📣📣 RESUMING INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS IN JANUARY 2022. IS THIS THE RIGHT TIME?

✅ The government has approved the resumption of international flights between Vietnam and nine destinations that have managed high vaccination rates and good pandemic control on January 1.

✅ They are San Francisco or Los Angeles (the U.S.), Singapore, Bangkok (Thailand), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Vientiane (Laos), Beijing/Guangzhou (China), Tokyo (Japan), Seoul (South Korea), and Taipei (Taiwan).

✅ In the second phase, scheduled from January 16, the flights on routes connecting Vietnam and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Hong Kong, Paris (France), Frankfurt (Germany), Sydney (Australia), and Moscow (Russia) will be added.

✅ Is this a recipe for a tourist revival when the new variant Omicron could halt all this as the virus seems to bypass the existing vaccines and many countries are advising their citizens not to travel? Furthermore, foreign tourists may be in the dark and have no idea where to visit without concerning the sudden lockdown.

📣📣 HANOI'S METRO TRAIN TEST RUNS AT A MAXIMUM SPEED OF 80 KM PER HOUR (KPH) ON AUTOPILOT PROGRAM ON DECEMBER 6 MORNING.

✅ Hanoi's second metro line performed a test run on autopilot Monday at the maximum designed speed of 80 kph to check the operation quality as well as the synchronicity between the information, signals, and control systems, according to the Metropolitan Railway Management Board (MRB).

✅ The 12-kilometer Nhon-Hanoi Station metro line starts from Nhon in Nam Tu Liem district and ends at the Hanoi Station in D**g Da district, and includes elevated parts spanning 8.5 km and the remaining 4 km underground.

✅ At 10:30 a.m., the train on the Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station line left the depot for the S1 Station that is located in front of the Hanoi University of Industry, to begin its test run. It then ran from the S1 Station to the S8 Station (Nhon - Cau Giay), about 8.5 km apart, stopping at each station for a few minutes.
