Operation Executive
Make sure all of the excursions and schedules go off without a hitch once you are there.
Job Requirements
• Respond quickly to guests' questions and create the itinerary and price following on Assign tasks to tour guides, vehicle suppliers, and chauffeurs, among others.
• Reserve services from vendors for each reservation
• Communicate with suppliers to guarantee seamless Operations and Reservations.
• Always update the quotation, services and products of the supplier partners.
• Manage Tour Plan System for Job Order to Tour Guides and Tour Drivers; Cash Advance Report for Tour Guides; Tour Guide Fee Report
• Manage Guides' Key Performance Indicators using Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Raise urgent issues with a proposed solution to the Manager to improve services.
• Implement company's Responsible Travel, Wildlife Code of Conduct, Cultural, ChildSafe, and Ethical codes.
Experience and skills
• Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous. A background in tourism or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and the Microsoft Vacation Planner suites
• Knowledge of sustainable and responsible tourism is desirable, as is an interest in or background in the travel sector.
