📢 WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE MANAGER
CEA Project Logistics is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations, ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting
- Oversee daily accounting operations (AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, month-end closing)
- Ensure accurate management reports, financial statements, and cash flow reporting
- Maintain internal controls and accounting policies; manage ERP/MISA integrity
Compliance & Tax
- Ensure full compliance with CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT, and transfer pricing
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors for timely statutory reporting
- Review AP supporting documents and support overseas vendor payment compliance
AR/AP & Operational Support
- Guide AR Accountant on invoicing, entries, and client coordination
- Monitor AR balances, SOA accuracy, and timely reconciliation
- Coordinate with banks to resolve issues with incoming funds
Treasury & Banking
- Manage bank guarantees and loan portfolios (ACB, TCB)
- Prepare reports for bank reviews and credit renewals
- Support cash flow forecasting and banking facility utilization
Costing & Operational Control
- Improve costing methodology and ensure accurate profitability analysis
- Perform monthly variance analysis on costs, margins, and overhead
- Provide cost insights to support pricing and operational efficiency
Planning & Analysis
- Prepare forecasts and cash flow projections
- Build simple financial models and scenario analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities from financial trends
🔹 Requirements
- 5–>7 years of relevant experience (logistics/project-based preferred)
- Strong knowledge of VAS & taxation; IFRS is a plus
- Advanced Excel; experience with MISA/ERP
- Strong English communication; hands-on and detail-oriented
