This year marks 10 years since I strapped this baby onto my body and backpacked all over SE Asia. ✨💖

Time flies, but the indelible memories we created in experiences, friendships, and travel mojo will last a lifetime.

I am SO very grateful to the folks at Cinnamon Cruises -- 76 Bach Dang, Hoi An City, Vietnam; www.cinnamoncruises.com.

They created a unique, memorable, idyllic Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise for my 18-month-old, my sweet friend, .jean_ and me. It was an absolutely amazing evening, replete with scrumptious food, a cooking lesson (Jenna can COOK, folks!), and stellar company. The sunset sang for us on this special evening. 🌅

🇳🇱 I AMsterdam.🌷
It's been a hot minute, Holland. Good to be back. Explore, adventure, seek out new cultures/people/connections.

And don't forget from whence you come.

It's lovely to have a wanderlust spirit; it's equally lovely to adore your Home Sweet Home.

Pandemic Times taught us much. The world was in grave need of a major correction, indeed. So many losses, yes. Yet, serious gains as well.

I hope you will begin travelling again when YOU feel SAFE. Don't be pushed; for all things Holy, do NOT judge others as they make their adult choices on how to proceed.

We are ALL ONE on this orbiting water ball. Act as you wish to be treated. Take the time to know your neighbour, the grocery store staff, a stranger. Go out and connect with people--new ones as well as ones you know.

Above all else, take time for Self Care and Reflection/Meditation.
You will be grateful, stronger, kinder, more generous with yourself and others. This is a gift and a necessity if we are to be our Best Selves.

Be Considerate and Respect Others as you travel. 'Cause I'm watchin' you.😏

Seriously though. Don't be a dick.

I've been travelling through The Balkans in Europe whilst I finish writing a research-based book about the importance and necessity of nurturing in today's modern world.

There are SO few cases of Covid in the majority of countries in the Balkans, I'm able to travel freely between borders as an American citizen. Guys, I gotta tell ya: there is a light at the end of this long, insidious pandemic tunnel. And that light is GLORIOUS!!☀️

Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Romania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Albania and Greece are open (with modest restrictions) and are welcoming travellers.

As travel and tourism open up worldwide, please be sure to follow these very straightforward, simple guidelines to protect yourself and others from infection:

🧼 Sing Happy Birthday 2x through as you wash your hands under hot, sudsy water. Either shake your hands dry or use a disposable towel.

😷 Cover your mouth and nose with a properly-fitted mask. P.S. Wearing a mask without covering your nose has the same efficacy as wearing a prophylactic on your sc***um during s*x. Zero. 🙈

👉 Avoid touching any portion of your face. All day. Every day.

🤧 Cough/sneeze into a tissue. Throw it away, and follow the 🧼 hand washing guideline above.

These guidelines are in place with good reason: to protect others and you from potential infection.

Be cool. Don't spread Covid.
