In Vietnam, we have a name for it: the smell after the rain.
Summer burns the hills for weeks. Then the rain comes, cooling the land and carrying water from the mountains down to the rice terraces.
Farmers prepare for a new season, eager to plant fresh seedlings. And us? We can't wait to ride through the villages again, breathing in that unmistakable scent of wet earth and newborn greenery.
We ride slowly, trying to absorb every view, every breath of fresh air, every moment that no camera could ever fully capture.
Because we know these landscapes, these seasons, and these moments are always changing. And that's exactly what makes them so special.
