Freight Check was established in 1989 by William “Billy” Carr who now has almost 50 years experience in the Freight and Logistics Industry. Freight Check became a privately held company in 2003 and continued cultivating its staff and client portfolio in order to offer the most personalised service to its clients and industry. They hired Christie Carr Du Preez in 2007, and Paul Du Preez in 2010 and the company has grown in sales and reputation year on year. Freight Check has expanded on its type of cargo handling each year and continually strives to broaden its knowledge of all types of cargo from commodities and minerals to project freight and fast moving consumer goods.

Freight Check works as an international agent offering our import and export clients a consolidated logistics service.
