In 1986 Michelle entered the world of shipping, starting off her career in a small company, manually doing customs entries. From Clearing and Fowarding, Confirming House to Ships Agency, Michelle gained experience in all aspects of shipping. Being trained by Malcolm Drysdale she gained an enormous amount of knowledge about the ISO tank, and Flexi-bag industry. In 2008 Michelle resigned as Branch Manager for M&S Shipping and started Sinadad Logistics.
