At 16:15 Wednesday, the call came through from our client.
A production-critical cutting machine breaks down in Zambia.

Operations are immediately affected.
Without the machine, bulk materials that would normally be processed efficiently now have to be cut manually, creating delays across the production line and putting productivity targets at risk.

Every minute of downtime means lost output, mounting pressure, and increased operational costs.

Urgent machine components were required to restore operations and minimise disruption.

Within 31 minutes, by 16:46, the cargo had arrived at our facility.

The clock was already ticking.

Our team immediately moved into action. The shipment was checked, packaged, booked with the airline, and export customs clearance was completed the very same evening.

By 19:00, everything was ready.

Before 07:00 Thursday, the shipment had been handed over for uplift on the 10:15 flight.

At 12:40 on Thursday, the consignment arrived successfully at destination.

Less than 21 hours after the initial call, critical components were delivered into the country where they were needed most.

Many companies are told that urgent exports cannot be arranged within hours.
