Guided tours are invaluable in gaining knowledge of the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and it's surroundings. The Gardens sits directly against the eastern slopes and eastern foot of Table Mountain. The garden stretches directly into the SANParks - Table Mountain National Park, serving as the starting point for popular, lush hiking trails like Skeleton Gorge and Nursery Ravine that climb up this side of the mountain.
